Who We Are
Mark P. Notaro
Mr. Notaro is the founder and President of Brodhead. He has spent the past 20 years serving clients in a vareity of sectors and in multiple capacities. He has managed over 1 million s.f. of college, independent school, hospital, and lab facilities in multiple states.
He has also overseen and managed land development, new construction and renovation contracts totalling over $300 million. Mr. Notaro has taken clients from design development through construction and commissioning. He specializes in delivering high quality projects with future operations as a major consideration during construction. Additionally, he is able to manage complex facilities with a thorough knowledge of construction at the core of his decision making.
Some of his past clients include Hershey Medical Center, Riverdale Country School, Dickinson College, Bryn Mawr College, New School University, Vasser College, Gettysburg College, St. Paul's School, Delaware Valley Friends School, East Stroudsburg University, University of the Virgin Islands, Florida State Hospital and Albright College.
Mr. Notaro is a graduate of Dickinson College and Sewickley Academy. He is a member of NAIS, NBOA, AASHE, APPA, and the Green Schools Alliance. He serves on the PAISBOA Energy Purchasing Committee as well as chairs the Sustainability Committee at Episcopal Academy.
